What an Airbnb turnover clean includes

A turnover clean gets your property ready for the next guests, between one check-out and the next check-in. We work to the same standard whatever the platform: Airbnb, Booking.com, Abritel (Vrbo) or direct bookings.

  • A full clean of every room
  • Bathroom and toilet disinfected
  • Kitchen and washing-up, including the inside of the microwave and fridge
  • Beds made with the clean linen available on site, towels laid out
  • Bins emptied and bin bags replaced
  • Guest supplies, equipment and forgotten items checked
  • Professional cleaning products and equipment provided
  • Travel included in Paris and the inner suburbs

Each visit is timed for the usual 11 am to 3 pm window between check-out and check-in. That window is our target when guests leave on time. If the property is still occupied at 11:15 am, we tell you straight away.

Every property has an assigned cleaner and a back-up who also knows the place and its checklist. The visit is confirmed the day before, and two cleaners can work together in larger flats. We clean; we do not manage your listing, your pricing or your guest messages, and we take no commission on your income. The full process is described on our turnover cleaning page (in French).

Linen and laundry: hotel-quality sets or your own linen

You choose how the linen is handled, and we fit it into each turnover. There are three options.

  • Hotel-quality linen set delivered, from €17 per bed: a sheet, a duvet cover and pillowcases, plus a bath towel and a hand towel for each guest sleeping in the bed. Used linen goes to a professional laundry, so you have no stock to buy or store.
  • Your own linen washed on site, €10 on top of the turnover price. We use the washing machine in the property. You need a way to dry the linen and a clean set ready on site, as the set washed during a visit is for the next turnover.
  • Off-site laundry of your own linen, on quote: we collect it, wash it, fold it and bring it back.

Each item is checked when it goes on the bed, for stains, holes or smells, and any faulty piece is flagged in the photo report. Read more on our linen and laundry page (in French) and in our guide to how many linen sets an Airbnb needs (in French).

A photo report before each arrival

You see your property as your guests will find it, without having to be in Paris. At the end of each turnover, the cleaner goes through your property’s checklist and takes time-stamped photos, room by room. The report is sent as soon as the visit ends, before your guests arrive.

Damage and forgotten items are reported the same day, with unedited photos. That leaves you time to claim through the platform. With AirCover for Hosts, Airbnb asks you to request reimbursement from the guest within 14 days of their check-out, and to file any claim with Airbnb within 30 days of it. If a photo shows something we missed and the fault is ours, we come back as soon as possible, at no extra cost.

For a property you manage from abroad, an initial photo inventory is also available for €29, charged once. It records the condition and contents of each room, and serves as a reference for later claims. See how the photo report works (in French) and what to do when a guest damages your property (in French).

How to get a quote in English

Write to us in English: we read your request and send a written quote in English within 24 hours on working days. There are three ways to reach us.

To price your turnovers, tell us the address or town, the size in m², the number of beds, how many turnovers you expect each month and how you want the linen handled. Please do not send door or key box codes with your request: we agree on access once you accept the quote.

Once you accept, we call you to go over the details, then visit the property to set up its checklist and the access method. We connect to your calendar through iCal or your property management software (PMS), and each turnover is confirmed the day before. Our terms and conditions (in French) apply.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do you get into the property if I live abroad?

We follow the access method agreed when we set up your property: a smart lock, an indoor key box approved by the building, a key locker at a local shop, or keys left with us and recorded in a key register. Key boxes fixed to street furniture have been banned in Paris since 24 January 2025. Our guide to key box rules in Paris (in French) compares the options.

Can you clean at short notice, on a Sunday or on a public holiday?

Yes, subject to availability. A request made less than 24 hours ahead costs 30% more, and less than 4 hours ahead 50% more. Sundays add 25%, public holidays 50% and 1 May 100%. These surcharges are not cumulative. See our page on last-minute cleaning (in French).

What rules apply to short-term rentals in Paris?

The rules are the host’s responsibility, and this is not legal advice. In Paris, a furnished tourist rental needs a registration number. Since 1 January 2025, a main residence can be let for no more than 90 nights a year. Our guide to short-term rental rules in Paris (in French) sums up the current rules.

Do you also work with property managers and co-hosts?

Yes. Property managers and co-hosts receive a single monthly invoice for all their properties, and the same photo report format for each one. The volume discounts are shown in the prices section above. Our page for property managers (in French) explains how we work with them.
